Founded in 1995, Swish Property Group is a specialized and dedicated Property Investment, Property Development, and Management Company.
Property Investment – Owned by the Executive Team and the Lanfranchi Family, long term assets are held in Swish Property Fund. The Fund has grown an investment portfolio across the various property sectors predominantly in the Western Cape. The core make-up of assets are neighborhood convenience shopping centers, large scale bespoke student accommodation, prime A-grade commercial buildings, and medical centers.
Property and Asset management - functions are fulfilled internally, going forward the Fund’s strategy is to drive continued growth in sustainable sectors and locations and add value to properties and tenants for the mutual benefit of all stakeholders through a hands-on approach and a spirit of free thought.
Property Development – Over the years Swish Devco has undertaken numerous residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Residential - Swish Property Group has earned a reputation for its vision and courage to develop iconic mixed-use developments in urban regeneration nodes which have always set a trend in the specific node. Most notable projects include Upper Eastside Mixed-Use Development - Salt River, Woodstock Quarter Mixed-Use Development - Woodstock, De Oude Schuur – Cape Town, Horizon Bay – Beachfront high-rise – Bloubergstrand.
Commercial and Industrial - all developments have been for long term holding in Swish Property Fund. Projects have ranged from modern logistic warehouses, shopping centers, A-grade office buildings, and purpose-built student accommodation. Most notable developments include: Erica Square shopping centre – Belhar, Thembokwezi Square shopping centre – Khayelitsha, My Domain student accommodation -Wynberg (498 beds) & Observatory (343 beds), Belvedere Office Park – Tygervalley, DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Town Upper Eastside Hotel Hotel – Salt River, UTI distribution warehouse – Airport Industria.
